Plain answers for people starting AI training work
AI Trainers FAQ is an independent guide to AI training jobs: the platforms, the applications, the tests and interviews, and what the work really involves.
Why this site exists
AI training work is real, but the information around it is messy. Platform pages change without notice, forum threads contradict each other, and many “guides” are written to sell something. People lose time on applications they were never eligible for, or give up after a test they did not understand.
We built AI Trainers FAQ to fix that with short, checked answers to the questions people actually ask.
What you will find here
Platform guides
What each platform asks for, how applications work, and what to expect after you apply.
Application and interview help
Step-by-step walkthroughs for assessments, AI interviews and onboarding tests.
Skills and domains
How to show the expertise you already have, from writing and coding to law, finance and medicine.
How we check what we publish
- Official sources first. We check platform help pages, job listings and terms before we write.
- Dated and updated. Every guide shows when it was last checked, and we update it when something changes.
- No invented numbers. If a pay rate or wait time is not published, we say so instead of guessing.
- Corrections welcome. Spot something out of date? Tell us through the contact form and we will check it.
Who it is for
Students, career switchers, domain experts and complete beginners. You do not need a technical background to start, and our guides assume you are starting from zero.
How the site is funded
Partner links are always marked
Some links are referral links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a fee at no extra cost to you. We label these links clearly.
We are not a platform
We are not affiliated with any AI training company, we do not hire, and we never ask you to pay to apply for work.
