Privacy Policy
What information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated 19 October 2026The short version
This policy explains what happens to the information you share with AI Trainers FAQ (“we”, “us”) and the information collected automatically when you visit.
Information you give us
- Starter Kit signup: your first name and email address, your consent, and whether you also want updates. We use it to send the kit and, only if you opt in, new guides.
- Contact form: whatever you enter, such as your name, email address and message. We use it to reply to you.
- Anonymous question form: your question, a topic, your country, and optionally your city and a nickname. We do not ask for your email address. If you agree, we may publish your question and our answer on the site.
Please do not include personal or sensitive details in a question you send for publication.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect some information automatically when you visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand which guides help people and where the site needs work. Clarity may record anonymised interactions such as clicks and scrolling.
Cookies and your consent
We use cookies and similar technologies for the site to work, to remember your choices, and, with your consent where required, for analytics. Our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie icon on the page. Pop-up, form and chat tools on the site may also set their own cookies.
How we use information
- To send what you asked for, such as the Starter Kit.
- To answer your messages and questions.
- To publish selected anonymous questions and answers, if you agreed.
- To understand how the site is used and improve our guides.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting, email delivery, form, analytics and security providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them for, then delete them. Email subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics tools we use.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every email.
- Change your cookie choices from the cookie icon on the site.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have given us by using our contact form.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law.
