This AI trainer beginner roadmap covers your first 30 days. Aim to understand the work, apply to two or three suitable platforms with an honest profile and practise evaluation skills while you wait. Do not measure the month by income. Measure it by whether your applications are complete, accurate and aimed at roles you actually qualify for.
This plan suits you if you have three to five spare hours a week. Go faster if you have more time, and skip any step you have already done.

What this guide covers, section by section.

TL;DR
- Week 1: understand the work and write one sentence about what you bring.
- Week 2: shortlist two or three platforms and check eligibility for your country and language.
- Week 3: rewrite your resume around evidence and apply on the official sites.
- Week 4: prepare for assessments and practise rating answers every day.
- Measure the month by complete, accurate applications, not by income.
- Never pay a fee to apply.
Week 1: understand the work and pick your angle
Read the beginner guide and what AI trainers do. Then write one sentence answering “What do I bring?” It might be strong writing, ten years in accounting or fluent Tamil. That sentence steers everything else.
Week 2: shortlist platforms and check eligibility
Use the platform comparison to pick two or three platforms. For each, check the official pages for your country, language and role type. Our country guide explains why residence matters, and the legitimacy checklist helps you confirm each site is real.
Week 3: fix your resume and apply
Rewrite your resume around evidence: what you reviewed, wrote, checked or decided. The resume guide shows a before-and-after. Then apply on the official sites, one at a time, and fill every field truthfully.
Warning: Never pay a fee to apply, and do not send ID documents to anyone who contacted you first on a messaging app.
Week 4: prepare and practise
If a platform invites you to an assessment or AI interview, read the preparation guide. If it does not, practise anyway. Each day, rate two answers to the same question and write a three-sentence reason.
| Week | Goal | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Understand the work | You can explain a typical task in your own words |
| 2 | Shortlist | 2 to 3 platforms checked for your country |
| 3 | Apply | Applications submitted with an honest resume |
| 4 | Practise | 5+ practice ratings with written reasons |
What a good month on the AI trainer beginner roadmap looks like
Being accepted somewhere is a bonus. It should not be your target. Many people wait weeks for a reply or a first project, so if you have finished the four weeks above, you are in a better position than most applicants.

What if nobody replies?
Keep a record of where and when you applied, keep practising and revisit your profile after a few weeks. Our guide to empty dashboards and no tasks covers what to check.
Should I apply to ten platforms at once?
No. Two or three well-researched applications beat ten rushed ones. Check each platform for your country, language and role type first, then fill every field truthfully. You can add more platforms once those applications are complete.
How many hours a week does this plan need?
Three to five spare hours a week is enough for this plan. Go faster if you have more time, and skip any step you have already done. The free Starter Kit has the week-by-week worksheets.
Will I have paid work after 30 days?
Maybe not, and that is normal. Many people wait weeks for a reply or a first project. Being accepted somewhere is a bonus. If you finish the four weeks, your applications are complete and you have practised, which puts you in a good position.
